Went to Mall of Asia last March 12, 2011 to watched pyromusical. Had our dinner at Bangus Specialty House and ordered lots of food. Here are my comments and reviews for some of the dishes we ordered.
"Chicharong Balat ng Bangus"
One of their best sellers! even without a vinegar, it's still delicious. But I recommend that before you eat it, dip it first with their in-house vinegar.
Don't worry, even if you do that, it's still crunchy!
"Bangus Ala Pobre"
Boneless tiyan ng bangus with soy sauce topped with garlic. Not that so excellent dish, but I like it! Good for 1-2 persons.
"Rellenong Manok"
My first time to taste a rellenong manok ever. And I was amazed because it's very delicious. If i'm going to rate this from 1 to 10 the score is 9.9. Almost perfect!
It comes with gravy sauce. try it! :)
In addition to that just an idea for those who wants to try their food, for those whose going to dine in,their rice is kinda expensive it ranges from Php50-55. for 1 order. But their 1 order of rice is equivalent to 1 1/2 rice. We ordered 6 orders of rice. Good for 6 persons. But if you're rice-a-holic you'll be paying 1/4 of your bill just for rice.
